The Founders of RAFI Came to Singapore By Jun | Everything Shampoo

I had some special visitors recently.

Oyama-san, the founder of RAFI — a hugely popular Japanese beauty brand known for their eyelash products — and AKI-san, one of Japan's most well-known eyelash extension educators, made the trip to Singapore.

RAFI is a brand built around safety and quality, developing beauty products that professionals can trust.

The visit was part of their exploration into expanding into Singapore. I had the chance to share my experience living and working here, and what the local market is really like.

This is how I choose every product I carry.

Every product I source from Japan goes through the same process: I meet the people behind it, I try it myself, and I work with local salons to test it properly. Only the ones that perform well make it to Everything Shampoo.

I don't pick products from a catalogue and hope for the best.

Everything I carry is 100% authentic. But beyond that, the conversation, the relationship, the hands-on testing — that process matters just as much to me.

Bringing the best of Japan to Singapore.

It makes me genuinely happy that so many people in Singapore are now using beauty products made with Japanese craftsmanship and innovation. I'll keep doing what I do — finding the right people, trying the right products, and bringing only the best here.
